These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Titan Dumpster Rental website and any dumpster rental booked through us. By requesting a quote, booking a rental, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book a rental with us.
Our Services
Titan Dumpster Rental provides dumpster delivery, pickup, and disposal services to homeowners and contractors in Green Bay, Wisconsin and the surrounding Brown County area. Available container sizes, typical uses, and general pricing information are described on our website, but final terms for your rental are confirmed when you book.
Booking and Payment
A rental is confirmed once we agree on a size, delivery date, rental period, and price with you. Pricing is based on the flat rate quoted at booking, which does not include a fuel surcharge or environmental fee. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Delivery and Pickup
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up your dumpster on the dates agreed at booking. Delivery and pickup times can be affected by weather, access issues at the property, or other circumstances outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring there is a clear, accessible, and suitable location for the dumpster on the agreed delivery date.
Rental Period and Extensions
Most rentals include a standard 7-day rental period. If you need more time, contact us before your rental period ends, we will let you know whether an extension is available and the applicable daily fee. Dumpsters kept beyond the agreed period without an approved extension may be picked up and additional charges may apply.
Weight Limits and Overage Charges
Every rental includes a weight allowance based on the container size you book. If your load exceeds the included weight allowance, additional weight may be billed per ton, consistent with the rates communicated at booking. If a container is too heavy to transport safely, we may need to remove some material before pickup, which can delay your project. Estimating your project accurately before booking helps you avoid both the delay and any additional cost.
Prohibited Items
For safety and legal disposal reasons, the following items may not be placed in our dumpsters unless we specifically agree otherwise in advance:
- Hazardous materials, including chemicals, solvents, pesticides, and asbestos
- Paint, motor oil, and other liquids
- Batteries and items containing refrigerants, such as refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners
- Tires
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Any material prohibited by the receiving disposal facility or applicable law
If prohibited items are found in a container, we may charge additional fees to cover proper removal and disposal, and in some cases may decline to pick up the container until the items are removed.
Permits and Placement
You are responsible for confirming whether a permit is required for the location where the dumpster will be placed, particularly for placement on a public street or right-of-way. Requirements vary by municipality. We are not responsible for fines or penalties resulting from a dumpster being placed without a required permit.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including an accurate description of your project and any factors that could affect delivery, such as low-hanging wires, narrow driveways, or soft ground. You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while it is at your property, beyond normal wear from ordinary use, and for keeping the area around the dumpster reasonably safe and accessible.
Cancellations and Changes
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us. Cancellations made with reasonable notice before the scheduled delivery are generally not charged, but changes made with little notice, or after delivery has already occurred, may be subject to a fee. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed with you at booking.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Dumpster Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including delays caused by weather, access issues, or circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Titan Dumpster Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of a rented dumpster, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or local ordinance related to your rental.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for legal and operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
